FSW property
The FSW name, programme identity, authorised templates and software are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. Only approved partners with valid permission may use them for the specified purpose. This page makes no unsupported claim about registration status of a particular mark.
Client and professional work
Ownership/licensing of creative deliverables, source files, fonts, stock assets and third-party materials must be identified in the project scope. Do not promise rights you do not hold. Portfolio publication requires necessary permissions and confidentiality checks.
Permission and removal
Written brand permission is limited and non-transferable. Follow approved card/signage/email formats and show authorised-partner status accurately. On withdrawal/expiry stop new use and cooperate with removal, handover and legitimate record retention. Report suspected misuse to info@fineshape.in.
