Authorised Creative Partner Agreement

Verification period
Workspace access begins after membership activation. Submit identity, bank and agreement verification within 30 days of initial activation; renewal does not reset this period. Pending FSW review is shown separately from overdue submission. Brand representation and professional-fee payouts require approval throughout this period. Missing the deadline does not automatically cancel the membership or forfeit earned professional fees; FSW may request completion and review any proportionate restriction with notice.
Appointment and relationship
This programme grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable authorisation only after FSW verifies and approves the professional, an eligible membership remains active, and this agreement is accepted. It does not create ownership in the firm, statutory partnership, employment, exclusive territory or unrestricted power of agency. The term franchise-like describes the commercial concept, not a separate legal status.
Authorised business identity
Use Fine Shape Works — Authorised Creative Partner, your approved name and Partner ID. Approved visiting cards, signage, email signatures and templates may be used within written brand permission. Do not claim to own the firm, operate an approved branch without permission, promise guarantees, sign unapproved contracts, sublicense the mark or collect client money into an unauthorised personal account.
Professional responsibilities
Bring accurate requirements, agree the scope through the authorised process, perform competent original/licensed work, protect confidential information, document delivery, and honour agreed revisions and schedules. Obtain approvals for scope changes. You remain responsible for your own lawful professional/tax obligations; client-facing obligations accepted by FSW are not disclaimed merely because a partner performs the work.
Fees and allocation
Membership fees cover the published plan. On eligible FSW-billed project service value, excluding client GST, FSW retains 15% as the FSW Brand & Business Support Fee and 85% is allocated as Partner Professional Fees, before applicable deductions and documented adjustments. The 15% is a retained share, not an automatic extra client surcharge or representation that tax equals 15%. A written project-specific commercial variation must be expressly approved.
Settlement conditions
Advance/partial collection is not completion. Verified final payment, completed agreed delivery, reconciled invoice/credit records, current approved bank/verification details and absence of a documented unresolved hold are required for payout processing. No separate mandatory client-review button is required. FSW records the settlement schedule/reference; no instant payout is promised. Disputes must be reasoned, evidence-based and reviewed; unrelated undisputed sums must not be indefinitely withheld.
Brand assets, confidentiality and exit
FSW retains its brand, programme templates and software rights. Client/project intellectual-property rights follow the signed scope and applicable law. Keep confidential information secure and use it only for the engagement. On expiry/termination stop new brand representation and remove/return authorised materials as directed, while cooperating on existing commitments, lawful data export and outstanding accounts. No blanket ban on independent future work is imposed.
Acceptance, breach and disputes
The signed agreement and recorded electronic acceptance identify the policy version and time. False information, misuse or material breach may lead to a reasoned suspension/revocation and recovery of demonstrable lawful losses, with due review. Membership does not guarantee clients or earnings. Indian law and the competent Delhi/Karkardooma courts clause in the Terms apply, subject to non-excludable statutory rights.
