Contracting identity
Fine Shape Works is the programme operator and proposed contracting supplier for projects accepted and officially billed by FSW. An authorised creative partner is an independent professional, not a statutory partner, shareholder, employee or person with unrestricted authority to bind the firm. A membership or application alone does not authorise brand representation.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only authorised workspace access. Business tools require an active eligible membership. FSW may verify identity and restrict access proportionately for non-payment, misuse, security incidents or material breach, with reasons and an opportunity to clarify where practicable. Existing payment and lawful record-access claims are not extinguished by suspension.
Commercial documents
An approved written scope/quotation must identify deliverables, milestones, price, GST treatment, revision limits and payment terms. Only authorised commitments bind FSW. Client payments must follow official FSW instructions. Changes to scope or price require written confirmation. Membership and project charges are different and are disclosed before purchase.
Programme boundaries
FSW provides the described tools, authorised identity and agreed operational support. Membership does not guarantee leads, work, minimum income, financing, exclusive territory or unlimited revisions. Manually fulfilled benefits have an agreed setup process. Third-party availability and outages may affect dependent services; FSW remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability and remedies
Each party remains responsible for its own commitments and breaches. To the extent legally permitted, remote or speculative consequential losses are excluded; any reasonable limitation must be assessed against the relevant contract and mandatory law. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, non-excludable obligations or statutory consumer remedies. No blanket waiver of complaints or lawful refunds is imposed.
Governing law and disputes
Indian law governs. First contact info@fineshape.in with the relevant records for resolution. Subject to mandatory statutory remedies and forums, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Delhi, including Karkardooma Courts where territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction exists. This clause cannot create jurisdiction or remove a forum conferred by law.
