Membership and your partner account

Super Admin is the platform owner account. Partner accounts are member accounts that use their assigned workspaces. Partners can select Business or Business Plus membership from the pricing page. Membership is billed annually with GST added to the displayed plan price. Membership payments use Razorpay. Your membership is activated after the payment is captured and verified. Your payment record and invoice remain available to the platform owner in Finance and Memberships. If a payment has been debited but the membership is not active, contact support with the payment reference before paying again.
