Membership gives access to the programme tools. FSW brand authorisation requires verification, a current agreement and owner approval. Email and brand assets need team fulfilment; confirm a setup schedule before a time-sensitive purchase. Membership does not guarantee clients or income.

Before you join

How do 6-month and 12-month memberships work?

Both are paid upfront for the selected period. Prices exclude 18% GST; each card shows the final total. There is no automatic recurring debit. Same-plan renewal extends the existing future expiry.

Which plan includes a business email?

Only 12-month Business Plus includes one Zoho Mail mailbox with 10 GB storage. No 6-month plan includes business email. Setup is manual after verification; it is not a Google Workspace/Gmail-hosted mailbox.

Can I change my plan later?

Same-plan renewal is available. Changing an active plan requires assistance from FSW; the standard renewal checkout cannot change it. You may choose another eligible plan after expiry. Contact FSW about an assisted change.

When can I use the FSW name with clients?

After FSW verifies your professional and bank details, reviews your signed agreement and approves brand authorisation. Use only approved identity, proposals, signatures, visiting cards and signage. Membership does not make you an owner or statutory partner of the firm.

Does FSW provide clients or guaranteed earnings?

No. You bring your skills and client relationships. FSW provides the described programme tools, authorised identity and agreed operational support; no minimum earnings or exclusive territory is promised.

What if I need a refund or want to leave?

Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment. Requests are reviewed according to the service delivered, applicable terms and statutory rights. Expiry does not forfeit already earned lawful professional fees.
